According to legal documents, the Israeli soldiers were directly involved in indiscriminate attacks on civilian-populated areas, forced displacements, deliberate destruction of critical infrastructure, and the use of starvation as a weapon of war during military operations in Gaza.
Investigative authorities possess photos and videos circulated on social networks, including footage showing these soldiers participating in the destruction of civilian homes in Gaza.
