The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is taking additional measures regarding the crime related to the murder of Charlie Kirk. The special service has disseminated information and announced a reward of $100,000 for any individual who provides credible information leading to the killer.
The FBI published a photo of the potential suspect on its official X social media page. Through this image, citizens are asked to identify him and report to law enforcement agencies.
According to the Associated Press agency, citing a special service representative, the killer was most likely "of student age" and after the shooting, he blended into the crowd that had gathered on the university grounds. This made it difficult to identify him.
Furthermore, a 30-caliber Mauser-type rifle was found near the scene of the incident. The weapon was left wrapped in a cloth, with a spent cartridge in its chamber and three rounds in its magazine. According to investigators, this very weapon may have been used to kill Kirk.
Law enforcement agencies are currently continuing the search for the person connected to the incident. Citizens are urged to promptly report any suspicious circumstances.
Experts emphasize that the reward offered by the FBI is of great importance in finding the criminal. In many cases, citizens' suspicious observations and personal information play a decisive role in the investigation process.
