In Uzbekistan, a total of 24.1 billion soums in rewards were paid to citizens who reported tax offenses in January-September 2025. This was reported by the Tax Committee.
Since the beginning of the year, 82,857 appeals have been received through the "Tax Partner" system of the "Tax" mobile application. Of these, 74,970 were for not providing a receipt, 3,001 were for not accepting payment via plastic card, 184 were for increasing the purchase amount for the card, and 4,702 were related to other types of offenses.
Based on the reviewed appeals, 34,196 mobile tax audits were conducted, with offenses identified in 98.8% of them. As a result, 20% of the fines imposed for 34,139 cases were paid as a reward of 24.1 billion soums to the citizens who reported them.
The largest reward share went to the residents of Tashkent city (6 billion 20 million soums), while the smallest share went to the citizens of Jizzakh region (733.5 million soums).
For reference, the system of monetary incentives for reporting tax offenses was introduced in Uzbekistan at the beginning of 2022.
