A video report spread on social networks about a case of a teacher committing rude physical actions against a student at School No. 11 in the O'rta Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region. The Regional Department of Preschool and School Education issued an official statement regarding the incident.
It is noted that the incident was committed in May of this year by physical education teacher A.L. from School No. 11. He carried out such rudeness towards the 9th-grade students he was in charge of. Under the pretext of the students' low assimilation of material and poor class participation, he insulted the students with words contrary to ethical norms, trampled and denigrated their honor and dignity.
A working group of responsible persons formed to study the case substantiated that the teacher's actions were illegal and did not correspond to the norms of pedagogical education. Furthermore, it was found that until this day, the incident had not been investigated by the school's deputy director for spiritual affairs, and the teacher had not been called to order.
Simultaneously, the employment contract with the school's physical education teacher has been terminated. A disciplinary penalty of reprimand has been applied to the school's deputy director. The situation has been taken under control by law enforcement agencies. Investigation is ongoing.
