The court found Rismatovni guilty under Part 4 of Article 168 of the Criminal Code — large-scale fraud, and sentenced him to 9 years of imprisonment. He is to be sent to a general regime colony.

Furthermore, the following amounts of damages are to be recovered from the defendant in favor of the victims:

J.Y. — 3 billion 448 million 701 thousand soums,

S.S. — 925 million 769 thousand soums,

J.A. — 464 million 672 thousand soums.

The issue of invalidating the purchase and sale agreements for the apartment involved in the fraud, located in the "Katta Oktepa" neighborhood of Shaykhontokhur district, has been designated for separate consideration in civil court.

The victims' lawyer, Kodirjon Rakhimov, requested that the court's verdict provide clarity on this matter to prevent any future delays in the return of the apartment. The court's clarification of this issue was supported by the lawyer.

The verdict can be appealed.
