In Uzbekistan, it is planned to allocate $200 million in preferential loans for opening modern private clinics in remote areas. This was announced by the President on May 1 during a presentation on the development of the healthcare system and improving the quality of medical services.
According to the information, each entrepreneur is expected to receive a loan of up to $10 million for a period of up to 10 years. Additionally, half of the loan interest is planned to be covered by the state.
These measures are aimed at expanding medical service coverage in the regions and increasing the participation of the private sector.
At the same time, tax incentives have been proposed to attract foreign specialists, including reducing the social tax to 1 percent.
