An investigation was conducted into the death of a 13-year-old child who received medical treatment at a private clinic in Bukhara. This was announced by the press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office, Hayat Shamsutdinov.
It is noted that, taking into account the need to verify all the circumstances that need to be proven in the case and to conduct a number of investigative actions, a criminal case was initiated under Article 116 of the Criminal Code (Improper performance of professional duties).
"A legal decision will be made on the case after all necessary investigative actions have been carried out," the statement said.
