It was reported that the chairman of the mahalla and the governor's assistant colluded, promising to formalize 2 сотки of land allocated for livestock farming and 28 сотки of land from the state reserve in the name of a person living in the city of Andijan, and to change part of it to non-residential status and the remaining part to residential status.
They demanded $57,000 for the land and an additional $3,000 for processing the cadastral documents through their acquaintances. During the operational measure, the suspects were caught with material evidence when they received $28,000 for the land and $3,000 for the documents.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against them, and investigative actions are being carried out.
